The Litigants in Person Hub is under development. It will offer litigants who have no other realistic option than to research and prepare their own litigation irrespective of the reasons for this access to legal resources and help with preparation if required. It may be because of limited finances or because you simply feel you are the best person to conduct your own case what ever the circumstances you will highly likely need access to some kind of legal resources and legal assistance. Professional solicitors and barristers pay high premiums for access to the most up to date legal materials. And rarely are they able to prepare a case to the best of their ability without legal support. Legal support is the backbone to thorough and effective case preparation. Without access to resources, guides and help, you will not be giving ourself the best chance of winning or successfully settling your case or problem.
For a fixed fee of £150 the hub offers accessible premises in Luton for a full 24 hour period. You can book as many days as you consider you may need. You pay as you go, so there is no bills to look forward to. You have unlimited accessible to all the available legal research materials, and how to manuals in many common areas of law affecting most litigants. The manuals are used by many training lawyers. There is access to computers and printer/scanners and photocopying facilities. Legal document templates that can be amended for your case. Printed legal guides covering the different courts and how you are expected to manage your case under the specific procedures that apply. A legal support on hand to help you as you progress, if you require this service (additional charges apply). This is a service that will likely prove vital and popular due to the changes in accessing legal aid support to fund litigation.
EDUCATION
You cannot put a price on the value of a good education.
